I love making "mixCDs" for friends. The process of going through my song collection and deciding which songs to include in the CD is great fun. I pick songs according to what I think the other person would enjoy, and most of the time I get it right (I think). So, every playlist is different whether the difference lies in the song selection itself or in the general order of songs--yes, I think songs must be listened to a specific order for playlists to work! I don't like using the same playlist for different people. It's a lot less personal that way. This is the most recent one. I made it for a close friend who just went back to Berlin after a semester of exchange and 3 months of backpacking around Australia. Go, Anja!
I also want to make playlists for a laneway cafe... but first, I need new music. I haven't updated my library in such a long time.
