Hello

I've been absent from the blogosphere in such a long time.  I hope more people will visit my blog once I start updating it on a regular basis.  On that note, I feel the sudden urge to write tonight.  I'm in the middle of completing a big thesis on visuospatial attention and feeling like quite the academic.  The mess of journal articles strewn across my bedroom floor gives me reassurance that I'm making progress.  Tonight, I'm embracing the arrogance that comes with being an intellectual snob before tomorrow morning brings me closer to the deadline and puts me in my place again.  Until then, here are some last words from a Magnetic Fields song that have no relation to my musings: "I CAN PLAY MY RIBCAGE LIKE A XYLOPHONE..."
